I am writing to tell you we have a great relationship with RPM. I had heard about the ERTC tax refund from other people and wasn’t sure if it was too good to be true. Well, I’m here to tell you it is not. When Laura Beth contacted me, she explained it so clearly, I didn’t need much time to make my decision to sign the dotted line. Once the process started it was easy to provide them with what they needed. Like payroll information and Tax information they made it seamless all the way to the end. When they gave us that 941x form all filled out accurately I signed it and sent it back to the IRS to amend my taxes. Hello, my name is Ben Bogdanov and I own Vinyard Pool Inc. When I received my first call I thought, “great another telemarketer”. Although, the details of the program won me over, RPM was a great guide through and around these Government programs. They have taken The time to understand all the small details and rules of each program they offer. I was pleasantly surprised that all they needed was some payroll information in order to create a new 941x (it amended my taxes for the years I qualified). I had to provide all of my payroll information for 2020 and2021. They did it all for me and created a “sign and send”, form and envelope that I sent in to the IRS. It took just as long as they told me it would. I received the amount they said I would get. They also waited for the refund right along with me and I paid them from the ERC refund.
